General questions or related ones to blood donation, certificates related to blood donation, electronic request for medical records: ovsz@ovsz.hu
• E-mails will always be answered within a short time, but no later than the day after they are sent.
• A reply is sent to the e-mail address from which the e-mail was received.
• If you have any questions about your personal data, request clarification or request a certificate / medical record, please send the following data for identification in the OVSz database:
- last name and first name on the identity card
- date of birth
- mother's birth name
- social security number
• We would like to inform you that the requested certificate / medical record will be uploaded to the electronic health information system (EESZT) available through the government customer portal within 10 days of the request. (EESZT> Citizens' Portal> Benefits> Health documents)
